Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and implement 3-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for market disruption
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams (AI/ML, Robotics, Sustainability) in rapid prototyping and MVP validation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or technology consulting with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stack: Generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to market leadership
- Executive-level presentation skills with portfolio of high-stakes recommendations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (blog, whitepapers, conferences)
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (Miro, Notion, Tableau)
