As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll translate emerging trends into actionable business frameworks while collaborating with industry disruptors. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies to identify paradigm shifts and position Nexus Horizons at the forefront of technological and societal transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to map strategic pathways through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes for early opportunity detection
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
