Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, analyzing emerging trends across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios affecting global markets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and startups to accelerate R&D in frontier technologies
- Design and implement corporate innovation KPIs tracking progress toward 2026 technology adoption milestones
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and boards, translating complex technological concepts into business implications
- Oversee the Innovation Incubator program, mentoring teams developing next-generation prototypes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or climate tech)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical information into actionable business strategies
- Track record of launching or scaling technology initiatives with multi-year impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen, Berlin)
