- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Build external partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, blockchain, AGI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Track record of leading successful R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical technology governance frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
