- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven predictive modeling
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused product concepts
- Produce thought leadership publications and predictive market briefings
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
