- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term strategic thinking
- Monitor real-time signals of change and refine strategic roadmaps quarterly
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, spatial computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex cause-effect relationships
- Published thought leadership in futures publications or industry journals
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 environments
