- Lead design thinking workshops to prototype future solutions with stakeholders
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, whitepapers)
