Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation portfolios with future market realities
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advect board-level decisions on emerging technology investments and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight, innovation strategy, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for complex trend analysis
