- Develop 2026-2035 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling

- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making and investor presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to board members and industry stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and emerging tech assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
