Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Develop and publish annual innovation forecasts and disruption scenarios
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across industries
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Advise executive team on long-term tech investments and partnerships
- Represent company at global futurism forums and tech policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing future trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling with complex future scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
