You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence our R&D roadmap, investment decisions, and market positioning as we prepare for the pivotal 2026 technological inflection point.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futures Studies, Technology Management, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
