Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-of-work implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through pilot programs
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, trend forecasting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI

- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or strategic initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
