Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligning long-term trends with corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for 2026-focused initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting 2026 innovation landscapes
- Curate and lead the '2026 Visionary Council' of external experts
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of publishing future-trend analysis (2020-2025 experience required)
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech disruption
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
