Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders and investment partners
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic technologies or business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments with 3+ year project horizons
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
