- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing strategies into corporate vision and risk frameworks
- Author horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical, regulatory, and societal impacts of 2026+ tech evolution
- Curate startup ecosystems and M&D pipelines targeting future-defining technologies
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry forums on future-state business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, tech consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis)
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation portfolios or transformational change initiatives
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or equivalent futurist communities
