Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech applications
- Produce quarterly trend reports and scenario analyses
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
