Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and space exploration sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports distributed to 200+ innovation partners worldwide
- Oversee $15M R&D portfolio for next-gen human-machine interface projects
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers while maintaining industry thought leadership through keynotes
- Forge strategic alliances with DARPA, ESA, and emerging quantum computing startups
- Translate complex exponential technologies into investor-ready business cases
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy consulting with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Proven track record of implementing exponential technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization cycles
- Active member of Association of Professional Futurists with FP designation
