Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-political shifts, and market signals to produce 2026 trend forecasts and scenario-planning models
- Design and deliver bespoke strategic innovation frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing operations and workforce transformation
- Develop proprietary AI-powered foresight tools and methodologies for trend detection
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership through published research
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
