As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll develop actionable roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystems, ensuring our innovations remain relevant in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Design and lead strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging market opportunities in 2026
- Author compelling future scenario reports and strategic briefings for leadership
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-ready principles into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic innovation effectiveness against 2026 benchmarks
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
