Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies through internal change management programs
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience securing >$10M in innovation funding
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
