Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework for technology convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for AI, climate tech, and biotechnology disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author quarterly trend reports on quantum computing and decentralized systems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Coordinate global innovation challenges focused on 2026 sustainability targets
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or research
