- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for board presentations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and symposiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-readiness methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
