Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology, societal, and market shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product development
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global disruption events
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present trend analyses to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on exponential technology impact (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, scenario modeling)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
