Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptors to build 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Develop predictive analytics models for industry evolution and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Advise executive teams on ethical governance of emerging technologies
- Build and lead a global network of futurist practitioners and innovation partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with C-suite exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research (preferred)
