Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Produce trend-forecasting whitepapers on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI consciousness
- Design strategic playbooks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, data scientists, and policy architects
- Create predictive economic models for emerging tech adoption curves
- Author quarterly FutureState Briefings read by C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Represent the firm at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, Davos) as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Technology Strategy with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum AI, neurointerfaces, or climate engineering
- Experience designing strategic foresight methodologies for multinational corporations
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy validation
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level and academic audiences
