Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030.
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across diverse industries.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented innovation priorities.
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive briefs synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers.
- Mentor junior strategists while driving thought leadership through keynotes and published research.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for enterprise clients.
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences.
