Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 5-10 year horizon
- Identify emerging business models and market opportunities for 2026+ landscape
- Create predictive analytics models using machine learning for trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-oriented research
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
