Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends across AI, biotechnology, and climate resilience to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential technological change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend briefs and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation innovations
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist strategy implementations
