Responsibilities
- Forecast 2026+ technological and societal trends through rigorous data analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and climate tech implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness across organizational domains
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging technologies for acquisition
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
