Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product evolution and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technologies and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-oriented performance metrics across business units
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, backcasting, STEEP analysis)
