Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future concepts into viable innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Establish cross-functional futurist working groups across global operations
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term strategic implications
- Advantage: Integrate ESG principles into future-proofing frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with Delphi method, cross-impact matrix analysis
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Preference: CDP or GRI certification in sustainability foresight
