Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech, etc.) and their 2026+ implications for client industries
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof organizational capabilities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models using proprietary data platforms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and innovation frameworks
- Represent the company at global forums (World Economic Davos, CES, etc.) as a future trends authority
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, climate adaptation, or quantum computing applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive insights
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
