Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready transformation
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in public forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-vision projects or trend forecasts
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
