Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across innovation, sustainability, and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future insights into product roadmaps and organizational strategy
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors via curated think tanks
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning models for stakeholder decision support
- Quantify future opportunity landscapes using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Champion innovation culture by embedding future literacy into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-leading strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling mastery
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) preferred
