Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence across AI, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using proprietary data models and expert networks
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant security and human-AI symbiosis
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive innovation trends
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in predictive analytics, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing multi-year corporate innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
