Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for future uncertainties
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging concepts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting future markets
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
