Responsibilities
- Forecast 3-5 year technological trends across AI, biotech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration into existing products
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and engineering teams
- Produce trend reports and competitive analysis for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting accurate tech trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or thought leadership pieces
