Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers and predictive models published in Nature/IEEE journals
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our global accelerator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500/NGO level
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global policy frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
