Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and map their 2026 impact on business models
- Develop predictive frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans with measurable KPIs
- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable strategies
- Advanced certification in futures studies (e.g., CFCS, Foresight Graduate Certificate)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Global network with futurists, VCs, and policy influencers
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
