Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026 technology adoption using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future human needs
- Produce annual 'Future Horizon Reports' with quantified impact assessments
- Partner with AI ethics boards to establish responsible innovation guidelines
- Represent Nexus at global futurist forums (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'Futurecasting Methodology'
- Secure patents for novel forecasting algorithms and strategic frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with documented impact on product launches
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Publication in journals like Futures or Technological Forecasting
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend platforms (e.g., Trendwatching, Gartner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 predictive accuracy
- Experience with neuro-ergonomics and human-computer interaction
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
