Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, sustainability, and digital ecosystems for 2026+ impact
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with technological convergence and societal shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in future markets
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, MBA, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications or platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
