Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Author whitepapers and predictive models for emerging markets (Web4, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful impact of foresight on organizational strategy
