- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Advose executive leadership on ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D and product teams
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech trends (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
