Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual 2026 Technology Horizon Report identifying high-impact disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Future Today Institute, and other futurist networks
- Quantify market opportunities for quantum-resistant cryptography and generative AI applications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on emerging technology risks/rewards
- Mentor a team of 3 futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership pieces for MIT Technology Review and Wired
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) cited by Gartner
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent certification
- Proven track record of implementing 3+ multi-year technology transition plans
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and Delphi forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency in Foresight Platform and Trend Hunter analytics tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technology commercializations from concept to market
- Security clearance eligibility for classified government innovation programs
