- Produce executive-grade trend briefs and horizon-scanning reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-critical solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to stakeholders
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, PESTLE analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
