- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for emerging threats/opportunities
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing multi-year strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with data-driven storytelling
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
