Responsibilities
- Forecast market and technological disruptions through 2030 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and human-machine symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and neurotech interfaces
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi methods, AI-powered forecasting)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
