Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends through 2026
- Develop predictive models to assess market readiness and adoption timelines for next-gen innovations
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating future technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with 2026 opportunity landscapes
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and scenario-planning documents
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages in evolving markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
