Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform R&D priorities and market entry strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-thinking into corporate planning
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for disruptive market transformations
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future literacy and adaptive innovation practices
- Quantify long-term opportunity landscapes through predictive modeling and data visualization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend platforms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech disruption landscapes preferred
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation highly desirable
