Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework with 5-year predictive models
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future scenarios into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Produce actionable insights through trend reports, scenario planning workshops, and stakeholder briefings
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI governance, or synthetic biology trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Python, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Global perspective with experience across diverse tech ecosystems
